I'm an Industrial Engineer working as a Senior PPM Consultant and Solution & Functional Architect — living in the gap between what executives say they want and what a platform can actually do. Most of my work starts in a discovery workshop with a whiteboard full of contradictions and ends with a configured, tested, governed system that people actually use.
Today I lead delivery for strategic accounts at Initiativa, a Planview Elite Partner — translating ambiguous business requirements into work types, lifecycles, governance models and financial structures, then configuring, testing and playing them back until the design holds up under real use. Before that, three years at Oracle taught me how to re-engineer legacy processes into standard cloud capabilities instead of drowning clients in customization debt.
My strongest contribution is closing the distance between design and proof: I don't stop at recommendations or diagrams — I configure the real environment, surface the gaps, and keep the work moving through data migration, enablement and go-live until it's usable by the people who inherit it.
